Park Hyatt hotel and resort in Christophe harbour announces opening date of 1st November. This was announced by Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis in Twitter.
The 126-room, luxury 5-star ultra-luxury Park Hyatt St. Kitts is set along the shores of Christophe Harbour’s Banana Bay and overlooking The Narrows, a strait separating St. Kitts and the volcanic island of Nevis. The original and sustainable design concept of Park Hyatt taps into the rich historic roots of St. Kitts.

Purchasers of real property will incur additional expenses associated with their real estate closing, including stamp taxes, land tax, and property insurance. Service and legal fees of the government-approved intermediary also apply.
