Antigua and Barbuda ranks first in Kochenov QNI Index among CBI countries

Antigua and Barbuda ranks first among the five caribbean countries running CBI programmes. St Kitts follows second in the Kochenov Quality of Nationality Index (QNI 2016).

Hurricane Irma did a catastrophic damage to 95% to island of Barbuda and Robert de Niro and many Citizenship consultants  pledged support to rebuilt Barbuda.

Kochenov Quality of Nationality Index (QNI) provides a comprehensive ranking of the quality of nationalities worldwide.   The QNI ranks nationalities on a scale from 0% to 100%. Scores will be rounded to one decimal place. These rankings comprise of both internal and external factors.

The weighting of internal and external factors within the QNI General Ranking is 40% and 60% respectively; both built from critical sub elements as outlined below.
