Chinese citizens can visit six Caribbean nations ‘visa free’

Chinese citizens can visit the following six countries in the Caribbean visa free, according to Wikipedia

  • Antigua and Barbuda (30 days)
  • St Kitts and Nevis ( 3 months)
  • Dominica (21 days)
  • Barbados (30 days)
  • Grenada (30 days)
  • Jamaica (30 days)

In 2017, Barbados and China signed visa waiver agreement.

Chinese citizens need a visa to visit Saint Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago but visa exempted for Bahamas.

According Henley Visa Restrictions Index 2017, Chinese passport has visa free access to 51 countries in the world, ranking #85th in passport rankings.

China also signed mutual visa waiver agreement with Serbia, allowing its chinese to stay upto 30 days in Serbia.

According to Chinese Government, China has visa exemption agreements with 127 countries and the number of outbound and inbound citizens from the mainland has been on the rise in recent years, reaching 273 million trips in 2016..
