Limassol, Paphos and Larnaca emerge as the most popular places for property sales to foreigners in Cyprus.
According to new statistical data for transfer of sales and contract to foreign buyer, published by Department of Land Registry, Cyprus, a total of properties transferred to foreign buyers
- Limassol – 271
- Paphos – 226
- Larnaca – 163
Cyprus citizenship by investment program is also most popular EU passport program requires foreigners invest 2 million euros in buying a property.
