The Government of Montenegro hereby invites companies with experience to submit their bids for the development and implementation of the Special Investor Program under which a person may be granted Montenegrin citizenship.
The PUBLIC INVITATION for participation in the international public tender for the development and implementation of the Special Investor Program under which a person may be granted Montenegrin citizenship.
The Program will require investments in economic activity (business) that will contribute to the economic development of Montenegro and/or investment in real estate and/or payment of funds into a special account of the Budget of Montenegro.
The Program will include the management, method and requirements for the selection of investors and the implementation of the Program, analysis and assessment of financial impacts, development and implementation of marketing and communication strategy, as well as other activities defined in the terms of reference.
