La Pointe is an approved development under Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Program, there are two investment options.

Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme was launched in August 2013 and allows individuals and their families to obtain Grenadian citizenship through investment in an approved real estate project.

The minimum property investment thats qualifies for Grenadian citizenship is USD 300,000

Full Ownership – Lease Back Investment

All property types may be purchased on a freehold basis and be managed by a world-class resort operator. The owners will receive 50% of the net revenues produced by their villa, after costs have been deducted . The rental revenues will be pooled based on villa type so owners benefit from the overall performance of the resort. Yields are anticipated to be between 3 % to 8% over the first five years and there is a great opportunity for investors to take advantage of the early buyers’ discount and benefit from immediate capital gain of approximately 20% over the first two years

Owner investors will also have 8 weeks per annum to enjoy the lifestyle and service on offer at La Pointe, with all the special benefits afforded to villa owners.

Full Ownership – Residence

For those owners who may be looking for a permanent residence at La Pointe or private use of their villa, the option is also available to purchase a freehold property with no leasing contract.

Resident owners will also enjoy all the benefits afforded to villa owners and the 5 star services provided by the Resort. There is also the flexibility to join the leasing programme at any stage.

Fractional Ownership

Subject to availability, a selection of all property types may be purchased on a fractional basis whereby six weeks exclusive usage of the villa per annum, or multiples thereof, may be purchased.

Fractional owners also have the flexibility to include their share of the property in the leasing programme and enjoy a return on their investment.

Citizenship by Investment

OPTION 1 – SHARES & CONVERSION OPTION

The investor may purchase and own redeemable, preference shares in La Pointe (Grenada) Inc. and upon completion of the property, will convert the preference shares into an equity share in a villa, whether under the Citizenship by Investment programme or otherwise.

La Pointe (Grenada) Inc. is the Development Company, who owns the land designated for the Project.
