Russia to ease citizenship rules to foreigners investing over 10 million dollars in Far east, according to Russian News Agency TASSÂ .
“It is planned to ease citizenship rules for foreign investors who will invest ten or more million dollars in Russia’s Far East,” Putin said.
The move is to attract large investment projects in the Far east of Russia over over 100 billion roubles. .
