UK has been receiving a steady flow of tier1 investor visa applications (golden visas).
The popularity of the scheme never abated due to brexit concerns or by recent announcement by home office on overhauling and tightening the scheme.
The tier1 investor visa applications are coming in at average rate of 33 applications per month for 2018.
The applications are being approved at an average rate of 30 applications per month with £2m for each application. This also means The UK has been receiving on an average of £60 million investments every month through investor visas.
The UK government requires the £2m investment to be invested in gilts or invested in job creation
A total of 376 applications approved for investors during the year 2018, with UK collecting £750 million according to the Home office statistics
