CBI approved Tranquility Beach to transform Dominica

Tranquility Beach is one of the much anticipated environmentally-sensitive resorts by Hilton curio collection expected to transform to Dominica, its ecotourism and the lives of its citizens.

The project, led by fellow Dominican Ian Edwards, is being developed in the west coast town of Salisbury, situated on a dramatic cliff edge, dotted with suspended villas, with stretching views of the Caribbean Sea. Once completed, the resort will host up to 73 rooms comprising two- and three-bedroom villas and condo suites. The Government of Dominica as of today has approved a total of seven major real estate projects under the citizenship by investment program (CBI)
