There are currently 14 CBI schemes, among them five CBI schemes in Europe compete with the Caribbean counterparts. While the investor citizenship schemes in the Caribbean have been running for years, Moldova and Montenegro are new entrants in Europe.
A study was conducted first of a kind mathematical model in the CBI industry, gives answer on which is the best citizenship by investment program in the world.
The results were surprising!
European CBI scheme dominated the top 7 spots taking over the Caribbean schemes. Grenada is the only exception, came out with flying colors, is the only country from the Caribbean competing at par with European schemes.
Turkey’s biggest $2 trillion dollar economy and its latest CBI opportunity cannot be ignored. Turkey has geographical area of 5% in europe and 95% in Asia.

- CBI Pricing – Lower the price receive more points
- Safety and security in terms of crime rate
- Visa free countries in total
- Specific Visa waivers with EU schengen states,  UK/Ireland,  United States,  Canada,  Russia,  China
- GDP output in billion
- Richest CBI countries in terms of GDP per capita
- Population in CBI countries – Population fosters economic growth and development
- CBI Passport time (months)
- Physical Residency conditions – No residence conditions receive more points
- Does CBI offer EU citizenship rights?
- E-2 treaty with US
- Access to Education, Access to Healthcare, Human development index HDI Rank which tells standards and quality of living
- Dual citizenship rights
- Privacy – Publish CBI names in Gazette – More points for privacy and confidentiality of CBI citizens
- Government Debt, Personal Income Tax – Low taxes receive more points
- Strong currency (USD index)
- Due Diligence
- Transparency of CBI scheme
- CBI Passport Validity
- Biometric or e-passport issued under CBI schemes
- Lifetime Citizenship transferred to all family generations
- Passport fee for renewals
