The only difference between Airbnb and our platform is Airbnb converts residential home to short term rented hotels, while our platform decentralizes hotel ownership, selling hotel rooms directly to investors and buyers.Â
All hotel rooms purchased for citizenship come with full titles. Prices for hotel rooms start from $200,000. Villas and Holiday homes can be purchased from $1 million onwards which also qualify for citizenship. Limited shares can also be purchased.
