Saudi Arabia is opening its doors to the world through its new tourist visa in a bid to raise billions through tourism investments in the country.
Montenegro is one among the 49 countries eligible for online e-Visa to visit Saudi Arabia. Malta, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Russia  and Chinese nationals also eligible for this visa.

The e-visa visa fee is SAR 440 ($117) and includes a health insurance fee. Applicants under 18 must apply with an adult guardian
