The Federation of St Kitts is set to get four brand new hotels opening in first quarter of 2020 and is expected to create hundreds of jobs for the small island. This was announced by the Office of the Prime Minister.
The four hotels expected to open by the end of the first quarter of 2020 are the
- Ramada Hotel Phase 1,
- Koi Resort,
- T-Loft at Wyndham
- Sea View Hotel Phase 1
Ramada Hotel, Koi resort are already approved Govt projects funded by Citizenship by investment (CBI) program. Under this scheme foreigners investing $220,000 in equity shares of hotels/resorts for seven years are eligible for St Kitts passport.
Further, construction work is expected to continue at the
- Cove Condominium development in Frigate Bay,
- The Hillsboro Hotel and Suites in Mattingley,
- The Sea View Hotel in West Basseterre
- Ramada Hotel at Heldon’s Estate and the
- Era Hotel Development at Brighton.
