Ukraine approves visa waiver with Grenada

Ukraine has approved the launch new visa waiver regime with Grenada. This was announced Oleksiy Honcharuk, the Prime Minister of Ukraine said so during the government session, according to 112 International agency.

Currently Grenadian citizens require a eVisa to visit Ukraine.

From this mutual visa waiver agreement, nationals of Grenada and Ukraine will be able to travel between the two countries for upto 90 days for business, tourism and visiting family members.

“We launch a visa waiver program with Grenada. The Government has approved an agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Grenada on the abolition of visas,” Prime Minister of Ukraine, Oleksiy Honcharuk posted on Telegram channel.

The Cabinet of Ministers authorized Ukraine’s Ambassador in the UK Natalya Halibarenko is authorized to sign the mentioned agreement.

Recently Grenada has formally established diplomatic relations with Turkmenistan, this month and a visa exemption is expected soon.  A Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between both countries was signed in Moscow on Thursday February 13, 2020.

The Grenada Government is committed to sign visa waivers with more countries to strengthen the worldwide travel and diplomatic footprint of Grenada passport.

The Grenada continues to administer Citizenship by investment program and to this day the scheme remains most popular and remains gold standard among CBI schemes.
