UAE has launched a new scheme offering 10 year residence visas to investors and entrepreneurs with 100% ownership in foreign companies. This was announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister of UAE in a cabinet meeting.
At today’s Cabinet meeting, we decided to allow 100% foreign ownership of companies in UAE, with a 10 year visa for investors,scientists, doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs and innovators.

This decision will be enforced by third quarter this year .

This new scheme will be implemented by the end of this year.
